How do I locate my Splash Stream Player?
Click on the "Subscriber Login" link at the top of the page. Enter your username and password and this will enter you to the online player where you can select the On Demand shows of your choice.

How do I change my password?

Simply click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page, and select "Change Password." If you forgot your password, or you are unable to log in, please contact Technical Support at 1-888-884-1240. Our Technical Support staff will assist you in any way possible.

Can I record programs?

No. SplashStream does not currently record programming.

How do I increase the volume for TSTN in SplashStream?

1. Under the video screen there is a button shaped like a speaker. You can mute and un-mute the player by clicking on this button.

2. If the program volume is still too low:

  • Click the Windows "Start" button.
  • Click on "Control Panel".
  • Once in the control panel, click on "Sound and audio devices". This will bring up a dialogue box with your computer's volume controls.
  • Increase your computer's volume control. Make sure the "Mute" box isn't checked.
  • If you still can't hear the program, click on the "Advanced" button in the "Sound and audio devices" control panel. This will show all Windows audio controls. Make sure that all volume controls are turned up and not on mute.

The Success Training Network currently broadcasts and makes its content available “On Demand” via the internet. Our proprietary SplashStream™ player is the best way to watch TV on the internet. We have many users with Media Center computers currently watching TSTN on their televisions at home. In addition we plan to have our own IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) set top box to deliver TSTN directly to your television via a connection to the internet.
I live in a country outside the US and cannot get US broadcasts. Can I watch TSTN?
Certainly. Because TSTN is delivered over the internet our programming can be viewed all over the world. We have partnered with the world’s leading content delivery network to ensure that our viewers from all over the globe have a superior viewing experience.
Are TSTN shows original programming or edited from speaker’s existing DVD’s and content?
Most all of TSTN’s programming is original content. We spent months in development of our extensive collection of speakers and original programs. In fact most of our shows are series of episodes that maximize exposure and retention of specific topics and life skills – this is success training you cannot find anywhere else – ONLY on TSTN!
Is TSTN looking for new faculty and shows for the network?
